Dan Ivie, MPT
Dan Ivie is originally from Farmington, New Mexico. He currently resides in Midway, Utah with his wife LauraLee and 4 children. He graduated from Physical Therapy school from Texas Tech University in 2000. His passions are running, biking, wakeboarding, skiing, and hiking. However; his absolute favorite pastime is spending time with his family. Dan is a particularly talented therapist and has a very special skill and sensitivity to know and feel what a patient's limits are.
Brandon Judd, DPT
Brandon Judd originates from Salt Lake City, Utah and is currently living in Heber City Utah with his wife Cindy and their 4 children. He graduated with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University in 2001 where he was instructed by professors of the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. He practiced for a few years, including 3 years as a member of the US Ski Team medical staff, and then went on to further his education at the University of Utah by completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 with an emphasis in orthopedics and spine treatment. His interests include mountain and road biking, triathlons, skiing, and motorcycling. He co-owns a bike shop in Heber City called Slim and Knobby's. His passion is his family.
Melissa Booth, MPT
Melissa Booth from Salt Lake City, UT. She currently lives in Oakley, UT with her husband Berkeley and her 2 children. She did her undergraduate at BYU in athletic Training. She then got her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Utah in 1998. Melissa is a certified Athletic trainer and Physical Therapist. She enjoys hiking, biking, waterskiing, skiing, and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
Lauren Ziaks, DPT, ATC
Lauren is originally from Boston Massachusetts but moved out to Park City in 2012. She is married with two four-legged children named Theo and Andy. Lauren completed all her schooling at Northeastern University with her Bachelors degree in Athletic Training, and then completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She specializes in concussion rehabilitation (mTBI) including headache management, vestibular and vision therapy, and return to sport and recreational activities. Lauren also works with our other sports related orthopedic injuries following experiences with the US Ski Team, D1 football and the Arena Football League. Lauren joined Wasatch Physical Therapy in November of 2013. Lauren has extensive knowledge of athletic injuries and orthopedic diagnosis. Lauren's interests include skiing/snowboarding, hiking, biking, and her family.

Dayton Ferguson, DPT
Dayton is a long time resident of Heber and is well connected with the community. He graduated from Wasatch High School and moved onto Utah Valley University where he graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. During this schooling he got married to a native of Midway, and together they traveled to Texas where Dayton completed a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University in 2014. Dayton has a fun and enjoyable personality that helps promote the healing process of his patients. His family has grown, adding 3 children to the family. They reside in Heber, where they enjoy spending time together outdoors and around the valley.
Jennifer Maki, DPT, CSCS
Jennifer hails from Colorado Springs, Colorado. She graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and went on to complete her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Physical therapy from Baylor University. She practiced worldwide in the United States Air Force and landed in Park City to join the Wasatch team. She brings a wealth of experience in outpatient orthopedics including Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification, Dry Needling Certification and Selective Functional Movement Assessment Certification. She is a skilled manual therapist specializing in sports medicine and spine rehabilitation. She is still in awe of being able to live and work in a ski resort town and is taking full advantage of all the outdoor activities Park City has to offer.
Brittany Berg, LMT
Brittany graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2010 as a Master in Massage Therapy. She also completed a Bachelor of Science in Excercise Sports and Science from the University of Utah in 2009. While at the University of Utah she competed on the women's basketbal team between the years of 2004 through 2007. She is still (and will most likely always be) and AVID Ute fan. Brittany is native to Heber City, Utah. However; she is currently residing in the Salt Lake Valley. Brittany likes running, volleyball and basketball with a side of water skiing and biking.
Lisa Bouvier, LMT
Lisa loves her career at Wasatch Physical Therapy! "I get to work with a staff that is truly dedicated to the healing process while sharing my motivations toward preventative lifestyle and natural healing." She has been working in PT for 7 years and now has a specilized massage emphasizing deep tissue, accupressure, trigger point, and sport specific techniques. She studied general education at Weber State and finished her degree as a LMT at Utah College of Massage Therapy in the 90's. Lisa currently resides in Midway, UT and is workin on eeping up with her 16 year old daughter. "We live most people's vacation: hiking, boating, playing softball, and skiing."
Carolyn Ure, LMT, CST
Carolyn is physical therapy aide and Licensed Massage Therapist at Wasatch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine at the Park City location. She grew up in Kamas, UT. Carolyn is currently involved with our concussion clinic doing Cranial Sacral Therapy with patients. Carolyn is also an exercise specialist in our concussion clinic. She enjoys playing soccer, basketball, football, hiking and spending time with her family!
Physical Therapy Aides
Omar Torres, PTA
Omar Torres originates from the land of the Aztec warriors. His family moved to the states when he was just a small tike. He has spent most of his life in the vast beautiful valley of Heber City. He has worked with Dan and the crew since 2013. He started out as an aide until he finished PTA school from Provo College in the summer of 2015. Omar brings something special to the clinic that most just can't figure out. He can't imagine working in any other profession nor in any other clinic. He enjoys playing guitar around a fire, sports, and frolicking in the mountains right in his backyard.
Krisde is a physical therapy aide and the office manager for Wasatch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine's Park City office. She grew up in Kamas, Utah. Krisde is married with 2 children. She has been working with Dan for over 11 years! She truly enjoys working with people. Her hobbies include photography, playing softball, soccer, doing crafts, and enjoying the outdoors. She loves spending time with her family. Krisde is currently an exercise specialist in our concussion clinic. She enjoys helping kids get back in the game.
Kristin is an outdoor enthusiast, runner, volleyball player, sand and surf lover, fitness trainer and instructor, health club consultant, writer, photographer, chauffeur and soccer mom (w/o any of the negative connotations), hiker, biker, and lover of mango sorbet. She lives in Midway, Utah with the "man who rocks my world" and her 3 "outrageously gorgeous children."
Shanna is an avid Netflix watcher, eats any and all food and is competitive in any challenge. She is from Heber City, Utah where she met the love of her life, a hard working farm boy. She loves working with insurance companies and taking money from people. Guess you could say she found the perfect job!
